Hello there, Dragons!

I am Out Of Office from November 22 through December 14. Between holidays, family, and Dragonsteel Nexus, this means I won't be able to fulfill items as fast as some of you may need. Here are some important dates to keep in mind.

NOVEMBER 1 - NOVEMBER 22
Orders placed during these days may be on an additional 10 business day delay. Normally, I ship items within 15 business days. Orders placed during these days may arrive in time for Christmas gift giving, but I cannot make any guarantees. My work is constantly in flux and I wish I could give a cutoff date but even that isn't possible.

NOVEMBER 23 - DECEMBER 31
Orders placed during these days most likely won't ship out until January 2026 and onward. This does mean that any orders placed during Dragon Discount Days probably won't arrive for Christmas. With DSNX so late in the year, and having DDD coincide with that, it makes it much harder to fulfill orders in a timely manner for holiday gift giving. I will be working in a First In First Out method, so hopefully some orders arrive on time! But please make plans in case your order doesn't ship until January.

Part of all this uncertainty is I can't order materials for high volumes of orders until I actually know what needs to be made. Here's a rough timeline of how I expect the rest of this year to go.

- Nov 1 - Nov 21: Final prep for DSNX, work on any orders from during these days to hopefully ship out before Christmas.
- Nov 22 - Dec 14: Travel, Thanksgiving, more travel, DSNX, travel yet again, recovery!
- Dec 15: Finalize list of all materials needed to order.
- Dec 30: Festival of Bright Winters! It's my birthday, and we're changing the holiday name from Scarlet Winters to Bright Winters! Sounds more cheery. Anyway, I'm going to give everybody who is signed up for Thunder Points (my store reward system) and extra 100 points to celebrate.
- Jan 2: Materials hopefully all received. Sometimes they take only a couple days but sometimes up to a couple weeks, depending what I need to order.
