If you place an order that is $125 or higher (after discounts), you'll receive free shipping to USA addresses!

Shipping to the EU

I’m a small business based outside the European Union and I ship worldwide, including to EU countries. For EU orders, I ship on a DAP / Delivered At Place basis. This means EU VAT, customs duty, and any carrier handling fees are not included in my item prices or shipping charges.

When your order arrives in the EU, your local customs office or delivery carrier may charge: local VAT, a low‑value customs duty on small parcels (including the new EU €3 duty per item/tariff line on many low‑value imports), and a handling/advancement fee for processing these charges.

These amounts are set and collected by your local authorities/carrier, not by me, and I don’t receive any part of these fees. I always include accurate customs documentation (description, value, and HS codes) with your parcel to help it clear customs as smoothly as possible. However, I can’t control or waive any VAT, duty, or handling fees that your country decides to charge.

If you’re unsure what to expect, please check your country’s import rules for small parcels from outside the EU, or contact your local postal service or courier before ordering.

I know extra import charges are annoying (I buy from overseas too!), but being clear about them helps avoid any surprises and keeps me able to keep shipping to friends and customers in the EU.

Care Instructions & Disclaimer

Do not place any item from this store in direct sunlight. Do not subject to moist atmospheres or extreme temperatures. To clean items with acrylic sheet, dust with a microfiber cloth or gently clean with a slightly damp cloth. To clean felt, spot clean with a damp cloth and/or gently scrub with a toothbrush if dirtiness is stubborn. Use a lint roller or rolled up regular tape to remove things like dust bunnies, fur, or hair.

All wood items are made using a laser machine. Cutting wood with a laser can sometimes leave small amounts of soot behind. You may experience some soot when handling your items.

Do you charge immediately for orders, even pre-orders?

Yes.

How long before my order ships out?

Each item will say in the description about how many business days it will take for that item to ship out. Some items take only a couple business days, others take up to 15 business days. If you place an order for items that have different ship out times, your order will take up to the longest amount of business days to ship so that all items can ship together. For Example: pins take up to 3 business days and book display cases take up to 15 business days, so your order would take up to 15 business days to be completed.

How long will my order be in transit after shipped?

Despite the world mostly recovering from COVID-19, shipping times have changed a lot, especially internationally. Every order will have tracking through the shipping option you chose, as well as insurance! Some orders may take only a few days in transit, others may take a month or longer. It all depends. Please contact your shipping provider if you have questions, need to schedule a delivery time or pickup, or anything else. Once I have shipped an item, it is quite literally out of my hands.

Help! My order wasn't delivered or is being returned!

Most likely import fees haven't been paid and that means your order is coming back to me. The customer is responsible for paying import fees, customs, duties, taxes, or any other fees per the law. If an order is returned to me for ANY reason (lack of payment for import/customs fees, bad address, etc.), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the extra shipping charges.

What if I need to cancel/make changes to my order? Or update my shipping address?

You will have 5 business days after you place your order to cancel your order if it hasn't already shipped. Please Contact Me if you need to cancel and include your order number found in your confirmation email.

If you need to change an item in your order, and it hasn't already been made, please Contact Me. I will make changes to your order, and you'll receive an email with these changes as well as an invoice to pay if your changes have higher costs than you originally paid.

If you need to update your shipping address, please Contact Me as soon as possible so that it can be appropriately updated. Addresses cannot be changed once your package has been shipped out.
