Care Instructions & Disclaimer

Do not place any item from this store in direct sunlight. Do not subject to moist atmospheres or extreme temperatures. To clean items with acrylic sheet, dust with a microfiber cloth or gently clean with water.

Most wood items are made using a laser machine. Cutting wood with a laser can sometimes leave small amounts of soot behind. You may experience some soot when handling the item.

Do you charge immediately for orders?

Yes.

Do you ship to [insert country]?

Most likely I do! However, buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes, as this item will be marked as "goods" or "merchandise" per the law.

Germany: I do not ship to Germany at this time. There is some new wacky law that involves telling some company the boxes I send per year and potentially having to pay more fees. While I figure out this law, and if it is something I can even work with, I cannot ship to Germany.

What inspired the Eye of Stormlight design? What are the creatures?

The amazing artist Isaac Stewart drew the Double Eye of The Almighty art found inside the hardcover and leather-bound editions of The Way of Kings. Those creatures in the backgrounds are Larkins, mysterious little beings that feed on stormlight and are nearly extinct in the world of Roshar.

How long will my order be in transit after shipped?

Due to COVID-19, shipping times have changed a lot, especially internationally. Every order will have tracking through your the shipping option you chose, as well as insurance! Some orders may take only a few days in transit, others may take a month or longer. It all depends. Please be in contact with your shipping provider if you have questions, need to schedule a delivery time or pickup, or anything else. Once I have shipped an item, it is quite literally out of my hands.

Help! My order wasn't delivered or is being returned!

Most likely import fees haven't been paid and that means your order is coming back to me. The customer is responsible for paying import fees, customs, duties, taxes, or any other fees per the law. If an order is returned to me for ANY reason (lack of payment for import/customs fees, bad address, etc.), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the extra shipping charges.

What if I need to cancel my order? Or update my shipping address?

You will have 5 business days after you place your order to cancel your order if it hasn't already shipped. Please Contact Me if you need to cancel and include your order number found in your confirmation email.

If you need to update your shipping address, please Contact Me as soon as possible so that it can be appropriately updated. Addresses cannot be changed once shipped out.
