Hello there, Dragons!

I am Out Of Office from November 14 through January 3, 2027. Between holidays, family, and Dragonsteel Nexus 2026, this means I won't be able to fulfill items as fast as some of you may need for gift giving. Here are some important dates to keep in mind if you are planning to shop for the season!

NOW through NOVEMBER 13

Orders placed during these days will ship by November 30. They may be delayed by 10-15 business days more than usual (standard fulfillment time is 15 business days), but they WILL all ship.

NOVEMBER 14 through JANUARY 3, 2027

Orders placed during these days WILL NOT ship out until January 2026 and onward. This does mean that any orders placed during Dragon Discount Days won't arrive for Christmas. With DSNX so late in the year, and having DDD coincide with that, it makes it much harder to fulfill holiday orders in a timely manner.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE

- NOW - Nov 13: Final prep for DSNX, work on any orders from during these days to ship by November 30
- Nov 14 - Nov 30: Travel, Thanksgiving, gift shopping, appointments, Nexus packing
- Dec 1 - 13: DSNX time! This includes travel, setup, socializing, breakdown, travel, and recovery days
- Dec 14: Finalize list of all materials needed to order from DDD and pre-orders
- Dec 30: Festival of Bright Winters! It's my birthday! I will give everybody who is signed up for Thunder Points (my store reward system) an extra 100 points to celebrate.
- Jan 4: Materials hopefully all received. Sometimes they take only a couple days but sometimes up to a couple weeks, depending what I need to order. Production begins!
