Carrying around your hoard during a convention can be heavy and tiring. At the Dragon Dropoff, you can leave your collection closely guarded so you are free to roam and hunt for new shiny things! You'll receive a badge sticker to match your box number, so that only you and your party can access your treasures. As soon as your items are closed up in the box, it will not be opened up until you're ready to put more items in or pick them up for the day.
Each box will be large enough to hold multiple books and swag items! Backpacks or coats might not fit, so we will possibly have other options for those.
At the con, we will attach your phone number to your order in case we need to contact you about your box. We highly recommend that you pick up your items at the end of each convention day. This is the best way to guarantee your treasure is safe overnight, and also gives you the evening to check out all your goodies. It is not required. However, all items MUST be picked up by 10 PM on December 7.
How does it work if I preorder now?
You'll show your store order number at the convention and we will match it to your numbered box. Pre-ordering gets you a free Knights Radiant Gemheart sticker of your choice!
How does it work if I order this at the con?
You'll provide your name and phone number at the convention, and that will be paired with your Numbered Box. You'll pay at the Dragon Woodshop convention booth.
What if I lose my numbered sticker or order number?
If you lose your order number from when you pre-ordered, we will match you ID to our order database. If you lose your sticker, we will again ID match you with our database, and we might be able to replace the sticker.
What can I drop off?
You can leave anything from books to prints, or various swag. Large items like weaponry and armor won't be allowed. Backpacks or coats are allowed. Food is allowed but coolers or heaters will not be provided.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be marked as fulfilled because this is a service ticket only. All you need to do is keep your email that shows your Order Number, or be able to provide the information we need to double-check your order such as an ID.
If you do not utilize the service at the convention, you will not be refunded.
DWS is not insuring your goods. If the Dropoff is broken into and items are stolen or lost, it is not the duty of DWS to reimburse you. Convention security is considered very professional so all items held at the Dropoff should be safe.
If you do not pick up your items by the end of the final day of the convention, you will still have a chance to pick them up until the end of December 8th, as we will still be in the city. You will be charged an extra $20 fee for this. If you still have not picked them up, DWS will ship them to our main location. We will be in contact within a week of the convention ending, via the phone number provided with your order or email. You will have to cover all expenses of this extra shipping plus a daily storage fee of $20. Your items will be shipped to you once these fees have been paid.
Basically, DO NOT FORGET YOUR STUFF.
